CONFIRMATION CALLS

As a courtesy you will be given a confirmation call, we try to call and confirm all appointments 1 business day before your visit. However, if are unable to reach you, or only able to leave a message, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your date and time of appointment, to avoid any cancellation fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking any services.  If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours, Your deposit will be store credit for you to use on the next visit.  If you choose to cancel your appointment within 48 hours or “no-show”, you will automatically forfeit your deposit. We appreciate you being responsible for making/canceling your appointment in a timely manner. When you cancel before the 48 hours deadline not only will you avoid the penalty, another client will have a chance to enjoy our services.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards may be purchased for any amount, for any service that our salon offers. The gift card is good for dollar amount on the card towards any services or product. Good as cash value.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We offer a 100% guarantee on all services. No Refunds. You may receive a redo appointment at any time within the first week.
